Description

K2 Systems SingleRail Mounting Kit 4 Modules Bracket Tiled Roof Portrait is the complete substructure for securely fastening four photovoltaic modules in portrait orientation on a tiled roof. The coordinated mounting kit from K2 Systems includes roof hooks, aluminium rails, clamps and the fastening material and is designed for a frame height of 25-40 mm.

Your benefits at a glance

High material quality: Load-bearing components made of aluminium EN AW 6063 T66 and stainless steel 1.4301 (A2) ensure lasting corrosion resistance.
Flexible adjustment: The height-adjustable SingleHook 4S roof hooks reliably compensate for unevenness in the tile covering.
For common module frames: End and middle clamps are designed for module heights of 25-40 mm and are factory preset to 30 mm.
Complete in one order: All components for four modules are included, so no part has to be reordered separately.

The system in detail

The roof connection

The ten K2 SingleHook 4S roof hooks form the connection between the roof rafters and the rail system. They are made of aluminium EN AW 6063 T66 and offer a large height adjustment range thanks to several slotted holes and adjustable elements. This allows different tile shapes and roof structures to be compensated for. Fastening to the roof is done with the included wood screws 8x100.

The mounting rails

Six K2 aluminium profiles SingleRail 36, each 2.40 m long and made of aluminium EN AW 6063 T66, serve as the base. Longer rail runs are securely coupled using the SingleRail 36/50 rail connectors; end caps and BlackCover caps neatly finish off the profiles.

The module fastening

The modules are fixed on the rails with four universal end clamps Clamp EC 25-40 and six middle clamps Clamp MC 25-40 in black. Both clamp types are suitable for module heights of 25-40 mm and are installed with a tightening torque of 16 Nm.
