The System in Detail

The Solar Modules

The nine JA Solar JAM60D41-500/LB modules each deliver 500 Wp, for a combined peak output of 4500 Wp. As bifacial glass-glass modules using N-Type technology (n-Bycium+), they also capture light hitting the rear side and achieve up to 22.6% module efficiency. The elegant Full Black design blends harmoniously into your roof, while the double-glass construction ensures a long service life – backed by a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance warranty.

Inverter and Battery Storage

At the heart of the system is the Hoymiles HiBattery 4020 X, which combines battery storage and inverter in a single unit. The integrated inverter delivers up to 2500 W of output power and features 4 MPPT trackers for up to 8 PV modules. The built-in battery storage, with 4.02 kWh of rated energy, is based on safe LiFePO4 cells with over 8000 charge and discharge cycles and can be expanded up to 16 kWh if needed. Thanks to IP66 protection, intelligent self-heating, and a DC/AC efficiency of up to 96.5%, the system operates reliably and efficiently.
