Balcony Power Plant 5500W Hoymiles 4020 X Full Black combines 11 bifacial full-black solar modules with a battery storage system that keeps solar power available well into the evening hours. With a total output of 5.5 kWp and a usable storage capacity of 4.02 kWh, you increase your self-consumption and become a bit more independent from the grid.

The system in detail

The solar modules

The 11 JA Solar JAM60D41-500/LB modules are bifacial n-type glass-glass modules with an elegant full-black design, each rated at 500 Wp. Thanks to their dual-sided light-active construction, they also capture light reflected from the surroundings on the rear of the module. The n-Bycium+ cell technology ensures good low-light performance and favorable temperature behavior. In total, this photovoltaic system delivers 5.5 kWp of module output.

The battery storage with inverter

The Hoymiles HiBattery 4020 X is a low-voltage battery storage system with an integrated 2500 W inverter and 4 MPPT trackers for up to 8 modules on the DC input. The LiFePO4 battery offers 4.02 kWh of usable capacity and can be modularly expanded up to 16 kWh. The Hoymiles BMS with 48 protection functions, intelligent self-heating, and IP66 protection class make the battery storage suitable for outdoor use. This way, the solar power generated is stored and then drawn on when your family needs it.
