The set combines a powerful JA Solar glass-glass module rated at 500 Wp with the Hoymiles HF-800-WB microinverter delivering 800 VA output power. This lets you get started with your own photovoltaic system with ease — and you can add a battery storage unit whenever you like.

The system in detail

The solar module

The JA Solar JAM60D41-500/LB Full Black is a bifacial N-Type glass-glass module with a peak power of 500 Wp and a module efficiency of 22.6%. Its all-black design blends harmoniously into any facade or balcony. Thanks to its rugged glass-glass construction with a 30-year linear power warranty, this module reliably delivers solar power for many years to come. The bifacial technology enables additional rear-side yields of up to 10% (at 10% irradiance).

The microinverter

The Hoymiles HF-800-WB converts the DC power generated by your module into usable AC power. With a rated output power of 800 VA, a peak efficiency of 97%, and an MPPT efficiency of 99.8%, it gets the maximum out of your balcony power plant. The integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module communicates directly with the S-Miles Cloud, so no additional DTU is required. Thanks to its IP67 protection rating and operating temperatures from -40 °C to +65 °C, the inverter is well equipped for outdoor use.
