The system in detail

The solar modules

Two AIKO Neostar 2S+ glass-glass full-black modules with 500 W each are used, giving a total output of 1000 Wp. The bifacial double-glass modules with N-type ABC cells achieve a module efficiency of up to 23.5 % and deliver stable yields even in partial shading. Thanks to the robust construction and a 30-year linear performance warranty, you benefit from reliable power generation over the long term. The elegant full-black design blends discreetly into almost any environment.

The inverter and storage

The heart of the set is the Hoymiles HiBattery 4020 X, a compact all-in-one device with integrated inverter and battery storage. The integrated inverter with four MPPT inputs gets the maximum out of your solar modules and achieves a DC/AC efficiency of up to 96.5 %. The battery with 4.02 kWh rated energy is based on LiFePO4 cells and is designed for ≥ 8000 charge and discharge cycles. Intelligent self-heating keeps the storage within the optimal operating range even at low temperatures, while IP66 protection enables outdoor use. Thanks to the plug-&-play connection, setting up the home system takes just a few minutes. Via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, you can conveniently keep an eye on your energy flow at any time.
