Description

APsystems EZHI Balcony Power Plant with Storage Set 1000 Wp and 5.12 kWh combines 1000 Wp of solar power with a hybrid microinverter and a 5.12 kWh battery storage unit. This lets you use the solar power generated during the day in the evening and at night as well, significantly increasing your self-consumption.

The system in detail

The solar modules

The balcony power plant uses two JA Solar JAM60D41-500/LB modules with 500 Wp each, 1000 Wp in total. The n-type cells in glass-glass construction work bifacially, generating additional yield via the rear side as well. The full-black design blends discreetly into its surroundings, while the 30-year linear performance warranty speaks for long-term yields.

The inverter

The APsystems EZHI is a single-phase hybrid microinverter developed specifically for balcony systems with storage. It controls solar power, storage and the household grid in 24-hour energy management and charges the battery with up to 40 A. The standard output power of 800 VA can be adjusted up to 1200 VA via the app. Thanks to integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, you can keep an eye on all values.

The battery storage

The Felicity LPBA48100-OL (LUX-E-48100LG04) is a LiFePO4-based low-voltage storage unit with 5.12 kWh of usable capacity and a depth of discharge of ≥ 95 %. The integrated smart BMS protects the cells, and the IP65 protection rating allows flexible wall or floor mounting. With ≥ 6000 charge cycles and a 10-year warranty, the storage unit is designed for long operation.
