The system in detail

The solar modules

The four AIKO Neostar 2S+ (A-MAH60Db) are glass-glass modules in a full black look, each with 520 W peak power and a module efficiency of 23.5 %. The N-type ABC cell technology ensures a favourable temperature coefficient and good optimisation under partial shading. AIKO provides a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance warranty on these bifacial double-glass modules.

The inverter and storage

The Hoymiles HiBattery 4020 X combines battery storage and inverter in one device. The integrated 4.02 kWh LiFePO4 battery is expandable up to 16 kWh, and in the HB-4020-XM model the inverter delivers up to 2500 W rated output power. With 4 MPPT trackers, a DC/AC efficiency of up to 96.5 % and a BMS with 48 protection functions, the device offers a reliable and safe basis for your self-consumption. IP66 protection, integrated aerosol fire suppression and intelligent self-heating also make it suitable for outdoor use.
