The system combines a powerful 6 kW three-phase hybrid inverter with 20 kWh of usable storage capacity and can be modularly expanded up to 30 kWh.

The System in Detail

The Hybrid Inverter

The Growatt MODA 6KTL3-HU forms the heart of the storage system. With a rated AC output of 6000 W, it feeds into the household grid on three phases and features 3 MPPT trackers for flexible connection of your solar modules. The maximum recommended PV power is 12000 W, allowing the DC/AC ratio of 2.0 to be optimally utilized. The maximum efficiency of 98.60% ensures low conversion losses, and in the event of a grid outage, a peak output power of 9000 W (10 seconds) is available via the backup power connection.

The Battery Storage

The four Growatt APX 5.0P-B3 high-voltage battery modules together form the system's 20 kWh energy reserve. They are stacked and managed via the inverter's Battery Optimizer. This way, solar power generated during the day is stored and made available when your photovoltaic system is no longer producing power. The storage can later be expanded up to 30 kWh with additional modules.
