GoodWe ESA 20kWh Battery Storage All-In-One System 8kW combines a hybrid inverter, battery, and energy management in a single three-phase system. With around 20.5 kWh of usable storage capacity and 8 kW output power, it reliably supplies your home with self-generated solar power.

The System in Detail

The Hybrid Inverter

The GoodWe ESA GW8K-ETA-G20 is a three-phase hybrid inverter with a rated AC power of 8 kW and a maximum PV input power of 16 kW. It features three MPP trackers and achieves a maximum efficiency of 98.0%. Thanks to an integrated AFCI, DC switch, and comprehensive protection concept, it operates safely and efficiently. Monitoring is conveniently done via app over WiFi, LAN, or Bluetooth.

The Battery Storage

Four GoodWe ESA GW5.1-BAT-D-G20 battery modules based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology store your solar power. Each module delivers 5.12 kWh of rated energy or 5.0 kWh of usable energy, resulting in around 20.5 kWh usable in the set. An integrated heating mode ensures reliable operation down to -20 °C, and aerosol fire suppression increases safety. The manufacturer specifies a cycle life of ≥ 8000 cycles.
