The system in detail

The hybrid inverter

The Growatt MODA 15KTL3-HU is a three-phase hybrid inverter with 15,000 W AC rated power and 15,000 VA apparent power. It features three MPP trackers, a maximum DC voltage of 1,000 V, and an MPPT voltage range of 140 to 1,000 V. The maximum efficiency is 98.60%, with a European efficiency of 97.50%. For backup power, 15,000 VA is available, along with a peak output power of 22,500 W for 10 seconds. Communication is via RS485, CAN, USB, and app.

The battery storage

The Growatt APX 5.0P-B3 is a high-voltage battery module that provides the system with 5 kWh of storage capacity. It stores solar power generated during the day so it can be used in the evening and at night. The storage system can be expanded modularly, allowing capacity to be adjusted later.
