Suitable roof types for the ValkBox 3:

Flat roofs with a maximum slope of 5 degrees
Roof materials:
- Bitumen
- EPDM (synthetic roofing membrane)
- Concrete
Flat ground surfaces (e.g., in a garden or on a terrace)

Not suitable for:

Pitched roofs (more than 5° slope)
Roofs with a highly uneven or unstable surface
Roof zones near the edge (only the "central roof zone" is permitted according to Eurocode)

Versatile mounting system for flat roofs and ground surfaces

The well thought-out ValkBox 3 kit from Van der Valk Solar Systems offers a smart, complete solution for mounting solar modules on flat roofs, in the garden, or on the ground. Thanks to the included protective feet, which ensure optimal pressure distribution, the system can be easily and safely ballasted using standard 30x30 paving slabs – ideal, for example, for bitumen roofs. Alternatively, the system can also be secured using standard pipe clamps (not included). All components required for mounting one module are included in the set.

Easy handling and flexible application

The ValkBox 3 is particularly well suited to situations where solar modules need to be safely mounted on the flattest possible surface – without drilling or damaging the surface. The wide support surface protects the roof material or other surfaces, making installation especially gentle. The system impresses with excellent value for money, easy handling, and quick assembly. Setup takes around 20 minutes and can easily be carried out by one person, although a second person can be helpful for alignment.

The ValkBox 3 offers module orientation in landscape format with a tilt angle of 17 degrees. It is suitable for large module sizes (1150 mm x 2280 mm) and allows multiple rows to be set up one behind the other.
