Metal replacement tile in practice: use on the pitched roof

Your installation team pushes up the concrete roof tile and removes it. They then insert the K2 4Tile and fasten the roof hook. Without modifying the roof tile, this is only possible if a wave crest lies in the rafter area. Otherwise, a SingleBoard or half concrete roof tiles are used. Depending on the batten height and roof tile thickness, the roof hook may need to be shimmed.

Working safely with the replacement tile

For installation, you need a cordless screwdriver with TX25/40, drill bits of 4, 5, 6 and 8.5 mm, a measuring tape of at least 3.0 m and a chalk line of at least 6.0 m. Roof hooks, replacement tiles and rails must not be stepped on and are not climbing aids.
