Description

K2 4Tile metal replacement tile grey is a metal replacement tile made of coated aluminium sheet in anthracite (approx. RAL 7016). It is used as a replacement tile for concrete roof tiles in combination with K2 roof hooks. The tile is assigned to the K2 SingleRail and K2 SolidRail mounting systems and is intended for roof pitches from 22 to 75°.

The key benefits at a glance

Replacement tile for concrete roof tiles: The K2 4Tile replaces the concrete roof tile at the fastening point and is installed together with K2 roof hooks.
Matched to K2 mounting systems: K2 assigns the metal replacement tile to the K2 SingleRail and K2 SolidRail systems. This allows it to be planned specifically together with the substructure of these systems.
Aluminium with EPDM component: The tile is made of coated aluminium according to GB/T3880-2012, supplemented by a component made of EPDM TPE (EPDM-x-PP) with 90 Shore A.
Wide pitch range: According to the installation instructions, the K2 4Tile is intended for roof pitches from 22 to 75°.

Metal replacement tile in use on pitched roofs

On pitched roofs with concrete roof tiles, the K2 4Tile is used at the points where K2 roof hooks support the mounting rails. The anthracite colour (approx. RAL 7016) makes selection easier for dark roof coverings. Plan the replacement tile together with the respective K2 system, SingleRail or SolidRail. Installation must be carried out by persons with the appropriate professional qualifications. After installation, roof hooks, replacement tiles and rails must not be stepped on or used as a climbing aid.
