With 15 kWh of usable storage capacity and a three-phase hybrid inverter with 5 kW rated power, the system combines energy storage and grid feed-in in a compact all-in-one solution.

The system in detail

The hybrid inverter

The Growatt MODA 5KTL3-HU is a three-phase hybrid inverter with a rated AC output of 5000 W. It features 3 MPPT trackers with a DC/AC ratio of 2.0 and allows a maximum recommended PV power of 10000 W. With a maximum efficiency of 98.60% and a European efficiency of 97.50%, the device operates efficiently. Via the backup power connection, the inverter provides up to 7500 W of peak power (10 s) in an emergency and switches over within 20 ms.

The battery storage

The storage system consists of three Growatt APX 5.0P-B3 high-voltage battery modules, achieving an energy capacity of 15 kWh. The high-voltage storage operates in a voltage range of 600 to 980 V and integrates into your photovoltaic system as a floor-mounted all-in-one system with base. This way, the solar power generated during the day remains available even when the sun is no longer shining.
