The System in Detail

The Hybrid Inverter

The Growatt MODA 6KTL3-HU is the heart of this battery storage system. The three-phase inverter delivers a rated AC output of 6000 W and works with three MPPT trackers, allowing differently oriented module areas to be integrated effectively. The DC/AC ratio of 2.0 allows for a generous PV design of up to 12000 W recommended module power. With a maximum efficiency of 98.6%, a high proportion of your solar power becomes usable. Via the backup power connection, the device provides up to 9000 W (10 s) peak output during a grid outage.

The Battery Storage

Three Growatt APX 5.0P-B3 high-voltage battery modules form the energy storage with a total capacity of 15 kWh. The storage operates in the high-voltage range and is stacked together with the inverter into a compact all-in-one unit. This ensures that solar energy generated during the day is reliably available for self-consumption in the evening, giving you a significant degree of independence from the public grid.
