The system in detail

The hybrid inverter

The Growatt MODA 4kTL3-HU is a three-phase hybrid inverter with a rated AC output of 4000 W. It features 3 MPP trackers with a DC/AC ratio of 2.0, allowing a higher PV output to be connected. With a maximum efficiency of 98.6% and the integrated Battery Optimizer, it forms the heart of the storage system. In backup power mode, 4000 VA is available continuously and 6000 W for 10 seconds.

The battery storage

Three Growatt APX 5.0P-B3 high-voltage battery modules together provide an energy capacity of 15 kWh. The modules are stacked space-savingly in the MODA tower and work with the inverter in the high-voltage range. This efficiently buffers your solar power and releases it again as needed.
