GoodWe ESA 25kWh Battery Storage All-In-One System 29.9kW combines a three-phase hybrid inverter and five battery modules into a pre-configured energy storage system. With around 25.6 kWh of storage capacity and 29.9 kW of inverter power, the system is suitable for demanding private households and small commercial businesses that want to store their solar power and use it with backup power capability.

The system in detail

The hybrid inverter

The GoodWe ESA GW29.999K-ETA-G20 is a three-phase hybrid inverter with 29.999 kW rated power and a maximum efficiency of 98.2%. It features four MPP trackers and accepts up to 60 kW of PV input power, allowing significant DC oversizing. An integrated AFCI, DC switch, and extensive protection functions ensure safe operation, while intelligent fan cooling provides quiet operation. Control is via app over WiFi, LAN, and Bluetooth.

The battery storage

The five GoodWe ESA GW5.1-BAT-D-G20 battery modules are based on safe lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology. Each module offers 5.12 kWh of rated energy and 5.0 kWh of usable energy, totaling around 25.6 kWh rated and 25.0 kWh usable energy. With a cycle life of at least 8,000 cycles, the modules are built for many years of operation. Integrated heating and aerosol fire suppression as well as IP66 protection make the storage system rugged and reliable. The modules are stacked to save space and can be expanded later.
