The Deye SUN-8K-SG05LP1-EU-AM2-P is a single-phase low-voltage hybrid inverter for anyone who wants to combine their photovoltaic system with a battery storage system and use their solar power around the clock. With 8 kW rated power and a PV input of up to 16 kWp, it is ideal for single- and multi-family homes – including retrofitting existing solar systems.

Maximum self-supply with stored solar power

A hybrid inverter is the heart of every modern solar system with storage. The Deye SUN-8K-SG05LP1-EU-AM2-P automatically controls the flow of energy between PV modules, battery, household, and grid, ensuring that surplus solar energy is stored during the day instead of flowing unused into the grid. Via two independent MPP trackers, it gets the most out of your system even with partial shading or differently oriented module strings. Up to 16 units can be connected in parallel, and six freely adjustable time windows enable precise charge and discharge management – for example, to take advantage of low-cost grid tariffs. In the event of a power outage, the device briefly delivers twice its rated power, keeping even high-inrush loads running. This noticeably reduces your electricity costs and gives you a significant degree of independence from the public grid.
