Description

SL Rack 96162-01 end clamp with grounding is the flexible mounting solution for anyone who wants to attach their PV modules securely and attractively to mounting rails. The universal Vario end clamp is suitable for module frame heights from 28 to 45 mm and, thanks to its integrated grounding pin, combines module fastening and equipotential bonding in a single component – saving you installation time and material.

Key Benefits for Your System

Flexible mounting: Suitable for frame heights of 28–45 mm and can be used horizontally or vertically simply by lifting and rotating it 90°.
Integrated equipotential bonding: The grounding pin enables system grounding directly at the clamp, eliminating the need for additional equipotential bonding work.
Fast installation: Fully pre-assembled and conveniently tightened from above with just one tool (Torx 40).
Durable materials: Clamp body made of aluminum with a stainless steel screw, black anodized for a uniform, understated appearance of your solar system.

Secure Module Fastening and Easy Equipotential Bonding

Reliable clamping is the foundation of any long-lasting photovoltaic system. The SL Rack end clamp 96162-01 provides a firm and even hold for your solar modules on the mounting rail with a clamping length of 70 mm. An integrated tab for opening the clamp noticeably simplifies handling and speeds up installation on the roof. Since the Vario clamp is compatible with all SL Rack RAIL systems, it also simplifies your inventory management and planning. The optional grounding pin establishes electrical equipotential bonding immediately, so you can do without separate grounding conductors. This way, you combine mechanical security and electrical protection in one well-designed component – for a clean, code-compliant installation.
