The system in detail

The hybrid inverter

The Pylontech Force H3X-8K-HY-3P is a three-phase hybrid inverter with a nominal active power output of 8,000 W to the grid. It features three MPP trackers, a maximum PV input power of 12.8 kW, and a maximum efficiency of 98% (European efficiency 97.5%). With an integrated BMS and EMS, it manages the interaction between photovoltaics, battery storage, and the household grid. An integrated backup function with a switchover time of under 10 ms provides backup power when needed.

The battery storage

The storage system consists of 3 Pylontech Force H3 battery modules (FH10050) with LiFePO4 cells. Together they provide a system capacity of 15.36 kWh at a depth of discharge of 95%. The modules are designed for more than 8,000 cycles and a design lifetime of 15+ years (at 25 °C). The storage tower requires a footprint of just 540 x 350 mm. The system can later be expanded with additional modules up to 35.8 kWh per group, allowing your system to grow along with your increasing power needs.
