The system in detail

The hybrid inverter

The Pylontech Force H3X 15K-HY-3P is a three-phase hybrid inverter with a rated power of 15 kW and a nominal grid voltage of 3/N/PE a.c. 400 V. It combines the BMS, inverter, and EMS in a single highly integrated device, achieving a maximum efficiency of 98%. On the PV side, 3 MPPT trackers are available with a maximum input voltage of 1000 V DC. Via the backup side, the device delivers up to 15,000 VA in the event of a grid outage and switches over in ≤ 10 ms. Communication is via WiFi, WLAN, and Bluetooth.

The battery storage

The storage consists of 5 battery modules from the Pylontech Force H3 series (module FH10050), each with 5.12 kWh, resulting in a system capacity of 25.6 kWh. The high-voltage batteries use proven lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology with a depth of discharge of 95% and are rated for more than 8,000 charge cycles. The modular, stackable design allows for space-saving tower installation with a footprint of just 0.54 x 0.35 m and can be expanded later.
