K2 Self-Drilling Screw 6x75 is a self-drilling hexagon sheet metal screw with a pre-assembled sealing washer, Ø16 mm (manufacturer designation Self-tapping screw 6x75). Use this self-drilling screw with sealing washer to fasten the K2 SpliceFoot of the K2 SingleRail System to the timber boarding. The screw is made of bimetal (A2 stainless steel and steel), the seal of EPDM.

The self-drilling screw with sealing washer is intended for installation companies mounting PV systems with the K2 SingleRail System and the SpliceFoot on pitched roofs with timber boarding. The system is designed for roof pitches of 5–75°. The boarding must be at least 15 mm (OSB) or 21 mm (solid timber) thick.

The self-drilling screw 6x75 is intended for mounting the SpliceFoot in the boarding. If you mount directly into the rafter, use the K2 Self-Drilling Screw 6.8x140 instead. The number of screws depends on your mounting plan in K2 Base.
