Growatt MODA 25kWh All-In-One Battery Storage 5kW combines a hybrid inverter and high-voltage battery storage in one space-saving stackable system. With 25 kWh of usable storage capacity and a three-phase 5 kW inverter, you can reliably power your home with self-generated solar power – even during a grid outage thanks to the backup power function.

The System in Detail

The Hybrid Inverter

The Growatt MODA 5KTL3-HU is the heart of the system. As a three-phase hybrid inverter, it delivers a rated AC output of 5000 W and operates with three MPPT trackers for flexible PV integration. The maximum efficiency is 98.6%, with a European efficiency of 97.5%. Via the backup power function with 63 A bypass current, the unit takes over the supply within just 20 ms in the event of a grid outage. The inverter is VPP-ready and can be monitored via RS485, CAN, USB, and app.

The Battery Storage

Five Growatt APX 5.0P-B3 high-voltage battery modules form the storage system with a total capacity of 25 kWh. The high-voltage design ensures efficient charging and discharging in combination with the MODA inverter. The modular structure allows the storage capacity within the MODA series to be scaled between 5 and 30 kWh. The entire setup operates without moving parts and is naturally cooled, so no maintenance is required during operation.
