The system in detail

The hybrid inverter

At the heart of the set is the Growatt MOD 11KTL3-HU, a three-phase hybrid inverter with an AC rated power of 11,000 W. Three MPP trackers provide high flexibility in module wiring, and with a maximum European efficiency of up to 98.1%, the device operates very efficiently. Extensive protective features such as AFCI arc-fault protection and Type II surge protection on the DC and AC sides increase system safety.

The battery storage

The high-voltage battery consists of the power module Growatt APX 5.0M-B3 (master) and a battery module APX 5.0P-B3, forming the system Growatt APX 10.0M-S3 with 10 kWh of energy capacity in this combination. The cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate technology (LFP) stands for high safety and a long service life. The stackable design without additional cabling simplifies installation, and the wide operating temperature range of -20 °C to 55 °C allows for flexible installation locations.

Monitoring & measurement

Intelligent control of self-consumption is provided by the three-phase Growatt TPM smart meter and the Growatt ShineWiLan-X2 Wi-Fi/LAN data logger. This way, you can conveniently keep track of generation, consumption, and the battery's state of charge via app at any time.
