GoodWe ESA 5kWh Battery Storage All-In-One System 6kW combines a three-phase 6 kW hybrid inverter with a high-voltage battery storage unit of 5.12 kWh nominal energy in one compact unit. This lets you use your self-generated solar power even after the sun has set, making you a little more independent from the public grid.

The system in detail

The hybrid inverter

The GoodWe ESA GW6K-ETA-G20 is a three-phase all-in-one inverter with a rated power of 6 kW. It combines the inverter, battery, and intelligent energy management in one pre-wired system that significantly simplifies installation. With three MPP trackers, it integrates your photovoltaic system and manages the interplay of solar power, battery storage, and the household grid. In the event of a power outage, the system switches to backup operation in less than 4 milliseconds.

The battery storage

The GoodWe ESA GW5.1-BAT-D-G20 battery module uses lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry and offers 5.12 kWh of nominal energy as well as 5.0 kWh of usable energy. An integrated heater ensures reliable operation even at low temperatures, while a built-in aerosol fire suppression system provides additional safety. The battery storage is rated for at least 8,000 charge cycles and can be installed as a floor-stacked unit or wall-mounted.
