Solis & Dyness complete set: 8 kW hybrid inverter with 7.1 kWh high-voltage battery storage Tower T7 – the turnkey solution that lets you consistently use your self-generated solar power instead of buying expensive electricity from the grid. Inverter and battery storage are perfectly matched at the factory and officially approved by the inverter manufacturer for parallel operation. This saves you the compatibility check and lets you start installation right away – without unpleasant surprises on site.

The inverter – Solis S6-EH3P8K-H-EU

The three-phase hybrid inverter with 8 kW rated power is the heart of your system. It intelligently manages the energy flow between the PV system, battery storage, home network, and public grid, achieving a peak efficiency of 97.5%. Thanks to 4 MPP trackers, even complex roof surfaces can be optimally utilized, and oversizing of up to 160% PV power gets the maximum out of your modules even on cloudy days. In the event of a grid outage, the unit switches to island mode in under 10 ms – keeping essential loads running practically without interruption. The IP66 protection rating also allows flexible installation indoors or outdoors.

The control unit – Dyness HV9637 BMS BDU-1.5G Base

The BDU forms the intelligent brain and, at the same time, the base of the battery system. As a battery management system, it monitors cell voltages, temperatures, and the state of charge of each individual module around the clock, reliably protecting against overcharging and deep discharge, short circuits, and overheating. It communicates seamlessly with the Solis inverter via CAN/RS485, ensuring precisely coordinated charging and discharging behavior – the basis for maximum service life and safe operation for many years.

The battery modules – 2x Dyness HV9637 (LiFePO4)

Two stackable high-voltage battery modules with 3.55 kWh each provide a total capacity of 7.1 kWh – ideal for single-family homes with average electricity consumption. The cableless plug-and-play connection between the modules saves your installer a lot of installation time, and the high system voltage of 192 V minimizes conversion losses in the inverter. It uses the particularly safe and long-lasting lithium iron phosphate chemistry (LiFePO4), which reacts significantly more stably under mechanical or thermal stress than conventional lithium-ion cells.
