The three-phase system combines the 5 kW hybrid inverter from Solis with the BYD battery storage from the Battery-Box HVS+ series, providing you with 5.12 kWh of usable storage capacity. This allows you to make optimal use of your photovoltaic system and become significantly more independent of the public grid.

The system in detail

The inverter

The Solis S6-EH3P5K-H-EU is a three-phase high-voltage hybrid inverter with a rated output power of 5 kW. It fully automatically controls the interaction between photovoltaics, battery storage, and the household grid. With a maximum usable PV input power of 8 kW and three MPP trackers, it makes efficient use of your solar modules. Thanks to intelligent energy management and control via time-of-use (TOU) tariffs, the system charges and discharges at the most cost-effective times. Setup is conveniently done via the Bluetooth app.

The storage

The BYD Battery-Box HVS+ in the 2-module configuration provides 5.12 kWh of usable energy. The battery storage is based on safe lithium iron phosphate technology and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use (IP55). The intelligent battery management system with automatic SOC adjustment, remote diagnostics, and OTA updates ensures reliable operation for many years. The modular design allows expansion at any time and at any state of charge.
