The System in Detail

The Solar Modules

The core of power generation consists of 24 bifacial JA Solar modules of type JAM54D41LB, each rated at 455 Wp, in a Full Black design with N-Type glass-glass construction. Thanks to bifacial technology, the modules also make use of light incident on the rear side, achieving higher yields. The glass-glass construction provides high durability and low annual degradation. In total, this results in a PV output of 10.92 kWp (24 × 455 Wp).

The Hybrid Inverter

The Solis S6-EH3P10K-H-EU is a three-phase, high-voltage hybrid inverter with a rated output of 10 kW. It combines photovoltaics and battery storage in a single unit, supports up to 4 MPPTs, and allows PV input of up to 160 % of the rated DC output. In off-grid operation, it delivers a short-term overload of 160 % for 60 seconds, enabling a stable startup of motors and pumps. Thanks to its IP66 protection rating, outdoor installation is also possible.

The Battery Storage

Storage of the solar power is provided by the Felicity LUX-X high-voltage storage system, consisting of the control module (BMS) LUX-X-96050HCG01 and two battery modules LUX-X-96050HMG01, each with 5.12 kWh. This results in a system rated energy of 10.24 kWh at a system voltage of 204.8 V. The storage system, based on LiFePO4 cells, offers a depth of discharge of over 95 %, more than 6000 charge cycles, and an integrated aerosol fire suppression system for added safety.
