Solis & Pylontech Hybrid Set combines the Solis S5-EH1P3.6K-L hybrid inverter with the Pylontech US3000D lithium battery storage into a matched entry-level package for self-consumption. With 3.6 kW inverter output, two MPP trackers, and 3.6 kWh storage capacity (3.3 kWh usable), the set suits smaller PV systems up to 5.7 kWp – and can be expanded later with additional battery modules.

Backup power during grid outages: The inverter's backup output switches over in under 20 ms and continues supplying critical loads with up to 5 kW – the actual power available depends on the number of connected battery modules.

Long service life: The US3000D is rated for over 8,000 charge cycles and a nominal service life of more than 15 years – at 95% depth of discharge.

Smart Use of Your Solar Power

The S5-EH1P3.6K-L takes in DC power from your PV modules via two independent MPP trackers, each with 15 A input current and an MPPT voltage range of 90 to 520 V. This allows two differently oriented roof areas to be optimized separately. Excess power flows into the battery storage first instead of being fed into the grid at low feed-in tariffs, and is available to you in the evening and at night. Multiple operating modes – such as self-consumption optimization or time-controlled charging and discharging – are set directly on the 7-inch color LCD display. The US3000D's battery management system communicates with the inverter via CAN, monitors cell voltages and temperatures, and reliably protects the battery storage from overcharging and deep discharge. RS485 as well as optional Wi-Fi or GPRS data loggers are available for remote monitoring.

Safe and Low-Maintenance Operation

The inverter operates fanless with natural convection and, thanks to IP65 protection rating, is also suitable for outdoor installation. An integrated AFCI arc-fault protection (once activated) and high-frequency isolation to the battery increase the safety of the overall system. The US3000D in 19-inch format (IP20) belongs indoors; at 30 kg and only 132 mm in height, it fits into a rack or on a base. The included Pytes cable set with 25 mm² cross-section connects the battery and inverter (Amphenol to M8), so you don't need to source a separate battery cable for installation.
