K2 Systems SingleRail Corrugated Roof Mounting Kit - for 4 Modules (Horizontal) is your uncompromising complete solution for the safe and quick installation of solar modules on corrugated sheets or fiber cement roofs. If you want to use your own power and start becoming independent, you need a mounting system you can rely on for decades. Instead of laboriously collecting individual parts, you get a perfectly matched „plug & play“ package from a single source. Everything fits together to the millimeter – from the hanger bolt to the black end cap. This means for you: maximum safety on the roof, no risk of incorrect orders, and a swift, worry-free installation.

• Absolutely watertight: Special hanger bolts with integrated EPDM fiber cement seal permanently seal the drill hole against rain and moisture when screwed in.
• Elegant full-black look: Thanks to the included black module clamps, black end caps, and precisely fitting K2 BlackCover rail covers, the system blends elegantly and discreetly into your roof.
• Material- and cost-efficient: The horizontal (landscape) module orientation is ideal for classic roofs, offers less surface area for wind loads, and greatly simplifies cable routing.
• Structurally tested: All components are made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel and high-quality aluminum. For your maximum safety, they can be seamlessly calculated in the K2 Base planning software.
• Shipping-optimized: Thanks to the clever division into rail pieces of max. 2.40 meters, including matching rail connectors, the kit is ideal to handle and can be flexibly mounted on the roof.

The System Components in Detail

The basis of your new power plant is the high-strength K2 SingleRail 36 mounting rail, made from an extremely torsion-resistant aluminum alloy. To connect these rails endlessly and securely, the set includes matching RailConnector rail connectors. So that the silver aluminum rails don’t visually stand out, simply click on the included K2 BlackCover rail covers and end caps at the end – for a perfect black finish that also protects against insects and weather.

The K2 HangerBolts take care of the permanent and secure connection to your roof. Since corrugated roofs are extremely sensitive, these special screws are anchored directly through the wave crests deep into the wooden roof substructure. The continuously height-adjustable "Climber" (adapter) effortlessly compensates for uneven roof structures. Finally, on top of the rails, you fix your solar modules (with frame heights from 25 to 40 mm) using the black universal end clamps and the matching mid clamps between the modules. Thanks to the intelligent click function, these can be inserted with just one hand – saving time and nerves on the sloped roof.
