The System in Detail

The Solar Modules

The 36 JA Solar JAM54D41-455/LB Full Black modules are based on monocrystalline n-type technology and are bifacial in design. Each module reaches 455 W rated power and 22.8% efficiency. The glass-glass construction with 1.6 mm front and back glass, along with a permissible static front load of 5,400 Pa, provides a robust foundation for your photovoltaic system.

The Hybrid Inverter

The three-phase Deye SUN-12K-SG05LP3-EU-SM2 converts the generated solar energy at 12 kW AC rated power. Two MPP trackers, up to 18,000 W of PV input power, and an MPPT range of 200 to 650 V allow for flexible string planning. The 40-to-60-V battery interface is designed for low-voltage battery storage. For backup power operation, the datasheet specifies a short-term peak output of up to twice the rated power for 10 seconds.

The Battery Storage

The Felicity FLS48100SG2 low-voltage battery storage consists of one FLS48100SCG2 control and battery module and two FLS48100SMG2 battery modules. Since each module provides 5.12 kWh, this results in a system rated energy of 15.36 kWh. LiFePO4 technology, an intelligent BMS, circuit breaker, and fuse monitor the storage operation. RS485 and CAN handle communication; the control and battery module also features an LCD display and Wi-Fi monitoring.
