The system in detail

The solar modules

The set includes 20 bifacial N-Type glass-glass modules from the JA Solar series, each with a peak output of 455 Wp, resulting in a total output of 9.1 kWp. The full-black design blends harmoniously into your roof, while the bifacial design enables additional yields by capturing light on the rear side. The low temperature coefficient ensures stable yields even on warm days.

The inverter

The heart of the system is the Fronius Symo GEN24 8.0 Plus, a three-phase hybrid inverter with 8000 W AC rated power. It manages the solar power, charges the battery storage, and provides backup power when needed. Standard WLAN and Ethernet connectivity, along with extensive energy management features, allow for convenient monitoring of your solar power.

The battery storage

The BYD Battery-Box HVM+ 8.3 high-voltage storage system consists of 3 modules at 2.76 kWh each, offering 8.28 kWh of usable energy. The associated control unit (BCU/BMS) handles intelligent battery management and monitoring. This way, you store solar power generated during the day to use it in the evening and at night - gaining a significant degree of independence from the public grid.
