Growatt MID 25KTL3-XH is a powerful three-phase hybrid inverter for larger photovoltaic systems in commercial and residential applications. With an AC rated output of 25 kW and the ability to connect a battery, you get the maximum out of your solar power and sustainably increase your self-consumption.

Main Benefits for Your System

Battery-ready: The Growatt inverter is compatible with the APX HV Battery System (5 kWh to 60 kWh) and can be flexibly expanded with a battery storage system.
High design reserve: A DC/AC ratio of up to 2 allows for a generous module layout of up to 50 kW PV power.
Comprehensive protection: Integrated AFCI arc-fault protection as well as Type II surge protection devices on the DC and AC side ensure a high level of system safety.
High efficiency: With a maximum efficiency of 98.80%, nearly all the solar energy generated is converted efficiently.

Intelligent Use of Your Solar Power

The Growatt MID 25KTL3-XH reliably converts the direct current from your photovoltaic modules into usable alternating current and ensures that your self-generated solar power is optimally used in your household or business. Thanks to three independent MPP trackers, different roof orientations can be efficiently integrated. In combination with a compatible battery storage system, you can store excess energy and draw on it when you need it – for greater independence from the public grid. You can conveniently keep track of the integrated 24-hour self-consumption monitoring via the app. This way, you lower your electricity costs and increase your energy security.
