The Deye SUN-M200G4-EU-Q0 is a grid-tied microinverter with 2000 W rated power that converts the direct current from up to four PV modules directly into grid-compliant alternating current. Each module is controlled via its own MPP tracker. This means your system delivers reliable yields even when individual modules are shaded, oriented differently, or come from different power classes. It is therefore suitable for rooftop PV systems as well as for expanding existing systems.

More Yield Through Module-Level Control

With conventional string inverters, the weakest module determines the performance of the entire string. The microinverter reverses this principle: each of the four modules operates independently at its own maximum power point. If one module underperforms due to leaves, snow, or shading, the others remain unaffected. This increases overall yield and makes the system flexible – you can combine modules with different orientation, tilt, or power ratings.

Compatibility and Scaling

Up to three SUN-M200G4-EU-Q0 units can be operated in parallel per AC branch (on a 40 A circuit breaker). Connection is single-phase via L/N/PE; multiple units can be combined into a three-phase system. Each module may deliver up to 700 W, and the maximum DC input current is 18 A per tracker.

Monitoring and Safe Installation

The integrated WiFi module automatically transmits performance data to the Solarman platform. Yields, warnings, and the status of each inverter can be conveniently reviewed via website or app. On the DC side, the device operates at low voltages up to 60 V, reducing the risk of hazardous high voltage. Together with the rapid shutdown function and protection mechanisms against reverse polarity, overcurrent, overvoltage, and short circuit, as well as anti-islanding and ground fault protection, safe operation is ensured. Deye provides a 10-year warranty, extended to 15 years for installations in Germany or Austria. Installation and connection must only be performed by qualified professionals in accordance with local regulations.
