The System in Detail

The Solar Modules

The set includes 36 bifacial JA Solar glass-glass modules in a full black design. As N-type double-glass modules, they convert incoming light into electricity on both the front and rear side, which increases overall yield. The robust glass-glass construction provides high mechanical load resistance and a long service life.

The Inverter

The Chisage ESS Mars-14G2-LE is a three-phase hybrid inverter with 14,000 W rated and UPS power. It connects the photovoltaic system, battery storage, and home network and switches between on-grid and off-grid operation. Thanks to the EPS output, backup power is available in the event of a grid outage. The 7-inch touch display and IP65 protection rating allow convenient operation, even outdoors.

The Battery Storage

The Chisage ESS CE48200-W is a wall-mounted low-voltage battery storage unit with 10.24 kWh of rated energy based on safe lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) technology. The integrated battery management system protects against overcharging, deep discharge, overcurrent, and impermissible temperatures. Multiple storage units can be connected in parallel to expand capacity at a later stage.
