The system in detail

The hybrid microinverter

The APsystems EZHI is a compact energy storage solution specifically developed for balcony photovoltaic systems. The single-phase hybrid microinverter generates a standard output power of 800 VA (adjustable up to 1200 VA via app) and operates ultra-quietly thanks to its fanless design. Two PV inputs, each up to 600 W, accommodate your solar modules. Using the integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, you can conveniently monitor operation in the AP EasyPower app. The grid-independent UPS function bridges power outages in just 5 ms.

The battery storage

The Pylontech US3000D is a reliable low-voltage battery storage based on safe LiFePO4 technology. With a module capacity of 3.6 kWh and 3.3 kWh usable capacity, it stores plenty of solar energy for the evening hours. The 19-inch rack-compatible battery storage is freely scalable and connected to the inverter via RS485 and CAN. With over 8,000 charge cycles and a rated lifespan of 15+ years, you benefit from your own solar power in the long term – a big step toward greater independence from the public grid.
