The Single Standing SeamClamp CF:x from K2 Systems is specifically designed for use on double standing seam roofs. With its high-quality manufacturing and K2-compatible design, it seamlessly integrates into the proven K2 mounting system.
Thanks to its precise clamping technology, the K2 SingleRail can be securely fastened without penetrating the roof material – a crucial advantage when installing on metal or sheet roofs. The combination of aluminum clamping body and stainless steel screws (A2) ensures high load capacity and excellent corrosion resistance.
The CF:x clamp is suitable for double seam profiles, such as those made of titanium-zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized steel. With an opening width of 7 mm, it fits precisely into many common profile geometries and offers flexible application possibilities for photovoltaic installations.
For use on copper roofs, K2 additionally recommends the Inlay for Seam Clamp to prevent electrochemical corrosion. Regarding lightning protection and equipotential bonding, the clamp is compatible with K2 solutions for lightning protection clamp integration.

Installation Guidelines & Notes
During installation, the torque values specified by the manufacturer (especially for MC and MR) must be observed. The K2 installation manual provides step-by-step instructions for pre-positioning the clamps, light pre-tensioning, and final tightening after adjustment.
For copper roofs, it is essential to use a stainless steel inlay to avoid galvanic effects. Additionally, distances for thermal separation must be maintained (max. 6.6 m, for titanium-zinc already 3.3 m). For overlaps with the lightning protection system, it should be checked whether and how the clamp can function as a K2 lightning protection clamp.
