The Huawei SUN2000-5K-MAP0 Hybrid Inverter combines high efficiency with forward-thinking technology for modern solar systems. As a three-phase inverter with a nominal power of 5 kW, it offers an ideal solution for residential and small commercial applications. Its compatibility with the LUNA2000 series battery systems opens up flexible possibilities for self-consumption optimization and energy storage. Supporting a maximum PV power of 9,000 Wp and two MPP trackers, it enables high energy yield even with challenging roof orientations.

Smart Safety and Comprehensive Protection Features

The inverter is equipped with state-of-the-art protection mechanisms, including an arc fault detection system (AFCI), surge protection (Type II according to EN/IEC 61643-11), residual current detection, and temperature monitoring of the connections. Thanks to its ability to support asymmetric loads and an intelligent emergency power supply (in combination with the SmartGuard), it guarantees reliable energy supply—even during power outages. The automatic switchover time of ≤ 20 ms ensures an almost uninterrupted power supply.

User-Friendliness Meets Flexibility

With quiet operation below 29 dB, protection class IP66, and natural convection, the SUN2000-5K-MAP0 is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. Commissioning is conveniently done via the FusionSolar App, while numerous interfaces such as RS485, WLAN, or optional 4G enable flexible communication and monitoring.
