SunEnergyXT BK215 – Power Storage for Balcony Power Plants and Small PV Systems
The SunEnergyXT BK215 Power Storage is the perfect addition to any balcony power plant or compact photovoltaic system. With a usable storage capacity of 2.15 kWh and up to 1920 W output power, the BK215 enables reliable use of your self-generated solar power – even in the evening or during power outages.
Thanks to its two PV inputs (each 800 W, total 1600 W), up to four solar modules with 400 W each can be connected. The integrated MPPT charge controller ensures efficient solar power absorption under various lighting conditions. The clear LCD display shows real-time data on charge status, input and output power, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth status.
Modularly expandable with SunEnergyXT B215
The modular design of the BK215 allows for easy expansion with up to three B215 battery modules. This increases the total capacity to up to 8.6 kWh – ideal for increasing energy needs or future PV expansions. The connection is tool-free via plug-and-play connectors.
Robust, efficient, and suitable for all conditions
The LFP battery (LiFePO4) offers a cycle life of over 8000 charge cycles (20–80% DoD). The weatherproof IP65 housing, integrated heating function, and advanced battery management system (BMS) enable year-round operation indoors and outdoors – even at temperatures from -20°C to +40°C.
Intelligent control and broad compatibility
With the SunEnergyXT App, you can conveniently monitor the storage status, charging power, and energy flow in real-time. The Shelly integration allows for advanced smart home automation. The BK215 is also compatible with bidirectional inverters like the EV3600 as well as models from Deye, APsystems, and Hoymiles (via OpenDTU).
